Bookings & cancellation

Appointments can be rescheduled or cancelled via the manage link subject to the workshop's notice period (typically 48 hours). Deposits may be non-refundable after that window.

Authorisations

Approving VHC items authorises recommended work up to the amounts shown. Additional work requires further consent unless covered by warranty or safety urgency.

Liability

Work is performed to industry standards. Parts and labour warranties follow supplier and workshop policy.
